Cosmic Ghostrider

Cosmic Ghost Riders design intentionally looks excessive even by comic-book standards: flaming skull, glowing chains, spikes, cosmic fire, and a space motorcycle. He was basically created to look “as over-the-top as possible.” The character became unexpectedly popular very quickly after debuting in 2018, leading Marvel to give him multiple solo series almost immediately.
